Refund policy

At TutorTok, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our customers. We understand that sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session. Therefore, we have a refund policy in place to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Please note that if your tutoring session does not go for the full hour, you will not be refunded for the time that was not used.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your tutoring session, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your session and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

If you need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session, you can do so up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time of your session. To cancel your session, locate the confirmation email that you received when you booked your appointment and follow the prompts to cancel your session. Once you cancel your session, you will receive a refund according to the following guidelines:

  • If you cancel your session more than 2 before the scheduled start time of your session, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your session less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time of your session, you will receive a 50% refund.

Please note that refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of your cancellation request. (Please email tutortokonline@gmail.com to request a refund). You must send an email to open a cancellation request!
